As Brand & Engagement Lead at Teachers Mutual Bank, I supported the creative and brand expression for the launch of Hiver Digital Bank with VMLY&R . I helped shape propositions and campaign strategy in partnership with acquisition and lifecycle teams, and directed rollout across digital, social, and print. I leveraged creative operations platforms to streamline approvals, reporting, and brand governance, ensuring a consistent and compliant brand launch for a mobile-first digital banking solution built for essential workers on the move.
Alongside Hiver’s launch, I oversaw the rollout of new Ultradata banking apps across all four niche brands. This included asset creation, campaign support, and go-to-market execution to ensure a unified, branded digital experience for members across Health Professionals Bank, Firefighters Mutual Bank, UniBank, and Teachers Mutual Bank.
